Surrounded by two hectares of olive groves, our lovingly restored home brings together the soul of historic Puglia and the comfort of contemporary living. Star-vaulted ceilings, original cement tiles, vintage treasures and design classics create a warm, authentic retreat for slow days and memorable nights.

Wake, walk on ancient stone, cook with olive oil from our own grove, and spend sun-soaked afternoons between shaded terraces, the peaceful patio and a rooftop overlooking the landscape. Pick figs and apricots from the garden, gather around the fireplace when evenings turn cool, or set off along the Ciclovia dell’Acquedotto Pugliese directly beside the property.

The House

Carefully restored through 2025, our house is a place where the character of traditional Puglia meets thoughtful, contemporary living.

Set on approximately two hectares of land and offering around 140 m² of living space, the property has been renovated with great attention to its original details.

Historic cement tiles have been brought back to life, while the beautiful Volta a Stella — the region’s characteristic star-vaulted ceilings — give the interiors their unmistakable sense of place.
